Berry smoothie
Delicious and delectable smoothie prepared with nutritious packed berries like blueberries and strawberries, along with Greek yogurt, is a best thing to drink on a hot summer.
Ingredients:
Serves 2 or 3
- 1/2 cup – Blueberry
- 1/2 cup – Strawberry(chopped)
- 3/4 cup – Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1/2 cup – Ice cubes
- Sugar or honey to taste
Preparation method:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it is thin, frothy and creamy. If it is too thick, add water to create a pourable consistency.
- Add sugar or honey to taste, if using. Berry smoothie is ready and serve immediately.
Notes:
- You may replace Greek yogurt with our regular yogurt.
- Sugar or honey is completely optional.
- Do not keep the smoothie for long time, just prepare and drink it immediately.
