Oats almond raisin milk
Oatmeal is low in saturated fat and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Thiamin, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Manganese.
Almonds are rich in vitamins and minerals that help build a healthy heart, especially vitamin E. And these little nutrient nuggets are cholesterol free. Since cholesterol is a major risk factor for heart disease, adding almonds to your diet is a great way to keep that risk under control.
Raisins like prunes and apricots are also high in certain antioxidants, but have a lower vitamin C content than fresh grapes. Raisins are low in sodium and contain no cholesterol.
The combination of these healthier stuff gives a delicious drink when adding it to milk.
